Philadelphia, PA — January 18, 2008. Larsen MacColl Partners is pleased to announce that Brian Burns has joined the firm as Operating Principal.

Brian brings more than a decade of operational and turnaround experience to Larsen MacColl Partners. His career began at Arthur Anderson in Chicago, and then joined Alvarez & Marsal of New York, where he was instrumental in the successful turnaround of several companies, including Levi Strauss.

Tim MacColl, Managing Partner of Larsen MacColl Partners said of Brian, "I'm excited to see what he is going to do for our firm. He has been invaluable in helping us identify future investment opportunities. He has proven himself in the past, and I'm sure he will in the future."

Brian holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa and is a C.P.A. in the State of Illinois.
