Meet Tim MacColl
Tim MacColl began his career in the Financial Sponsor Group of BT Alex. Brown. In 1999, he joined Catterton Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and growth equity financings in basic industries. While at Catterton, Tim participated in financings totaling approximately $250 million. Subsequent to Catterton, Tim joined Jacobson Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.
In 2004, Tim founded Olden Capital to acquire businesses with between $5 and $20 million of revenue. Through Olden Capital, he led the buyout of two such companies and also completed several add-on acquisitions.
In 2007, Tim joined forces with Jeff Larsen and founded Larsen MacColl Partners to continue acquiring and growing smaller businesses.
Tim is currently the Chairman of Pro Care EMS and Pickaway Plains Ambulance and a Director of S&S Worldwide and Alex C. Fergusson. Tim holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University. He currently resides with his wife and two sons in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
