Meet Todd Marsteller

Todd brings 25 years of financial and operational management experience to Larsen MacColl Partners. He joined forces with Jeff Larsen in 2004 and was instrumental in sourcing and closing several investments through Larsen Capital, a predecessor to Larsen MacColl Partners. Todd is currently the President of Lucas Marine Construction, where he has doubled the revenue of the business since its acquisition in 2006.

Prior to his work with Larsen MacColl Partners, Todd served as the Chief Financial Officer and was a shareholder in several privately held companies, including Flinchbaugh Engineering in York, Pennsylvania.

Todd earned his B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston, and he has passed the C.P.A. and C.F.P. examinations. He resides in York, Pennsylvania, with his wife Helen and their two children.
