Meet Scott Stauffer

Scott brings 25 years of operational management experience to Larsen MacColl Partners and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Nordon, where he is responsible for operations and finance.

Scott joined forces with Jeff Larsen in 2005 and was instrumental in sourcing and closing several investments through Larsen Capital, a predecessor to Larsen MacColl Partners.

Prior to his work at Larsen MacColl Partners, Scott worked for nearly 25 years at Stauffer Biscuit, a $120 million cookie and biscuit manufacturer based in York, Pennsylvania. At Stauffer Biscuit, Scott held numerous senior production and operations positions.

Scott holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Operations from Carnegie Mellon University. Scott lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with his wife Jill and their three children.
